No, a description of the idea, its audience and the problem you want to solve is enough to start, an existing website or examples you like can help us understand the direction
How are timelines and cost defined?
They depend on the scope, page or screen count, integrations and content required, the proposal clarifies deliverables, review stages and assumptions rather than offering a generic price
Can a website support Arabic and English?
Yes, a bilingual experience can account for reading direction and different text lengths, responsibility for content writing, translation and review is agreed within the project scope
Are hosting and maintenance included?
Hosting, domains, service accounts and maintenance are discussed explicitly and may require separate subscriptions or agreements, they are not assumed to be included unless stated in the proposal
Can you improve an existing product?
We first review its condition, technology and current problems, then suggest gradual improvements or rebuilding selected parts when appropriate, depending on the evaluation and available constraints
